SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, adults 1 capsule with a full glass of water, once or twice per day mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon - at least 2 hours after a meal, on an empty stomach. Do not take too late in the day as sleep may be impaired. Results will be noticed after 60 - 90 minutes. Do not take more than 4 capsules per day.
